hot and humming!
got to visit the eagle when visiting with friends, had a blast, the place was packed, especially on show tunes sunday night! michael and david were friendly, hot hunky bartenders that make you salivate! stop in if visiting the twin cities, you woun't be disappointed!
The leather / Bear Bar
If you are a bear, or a cub, this is where you will want to hang out. If you're a jock or a twink, go to the saloon, you'll have more fun. Beer bust on Sundays is ok, but the entire time I'm there I'm thinking about the next bar I'm going to go to.
Interesting Eagle
I do like the Eagle more for happy hour than at night. I brought friends here and it was a little too loud; we didn't stay long. Bingo night seemed to draw a far-too-intense crowd. But happy hour was relaxing and fun and I'd go any day. I'd like to try some of their other special events sometime...that's the drawback of being a tourist.

Do not waste your time
The Minneapolis Eagle should close its doors now. It is a total S-N-O-R-E. It is not a leather bar -- nobody wears leather. The bartenders are surly and seem plainly unhappy. And there is no point in being friendly and open to meeting new people because the (sparse) <br><br><i> </i>
