New place to be
For being around over 55 years, the 19 Bar is becoming the newest place to be now days. Located near Loring Park, the 19 has a great mix of down to earth people. Within the past couple years this 3-2 Beer joint has gotten its "Hard" liquor license, and the place is full late at nite.
LOVE THE 19!
As the other person that left a review mentioned, there are pool tables and all that jazz, BUT...the music is WONDERFUL. There is everything in that jukebox you can think of, and most of the choices people make to play are fantastic. The lighting is nice and low and the bartenders friendly. LOVE the patio too.
Friendly Neighborhood Bar-with BAD music
Great little spot with affordable drinkage, 3 pool tables, electronic dartboards and a covered patio for the smokers. Too bad the jukebox SUCKS! That is unless you're stuck in past and love to hear nothing but 80's durge and endless Cher songs-YUK!! Other than the dated/DULL & ANNOYING jukebox the place is super friendly & attracts folks of all kinds-daddies, punks, preppies, artists, cubs...never the same.
