Pull for Pride Minneapolis 2018
Kick off the 2018 Twin Cities Pride weekend with Pull for Pride, a local deadlifting competition open to all gender identities and experience levels. Co-hosted by local gym The Movement Minneapolis and Women’s Strength Coalition, local lifters will be raising both awareness and money for homeless youth, with proceeds benefitting local nonprofit Avenues for Homeless Youth. This fun and festive event will include a DJ, food trucks, raffle giveaways and topped off with an awards ceremony. 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, June 23. Free.
