Food good/ service bad
I went here on date during Pride 09. Long wait on rooftop dining... Waitress busy. Food was acceptable, then took 30mins to get my credit card back from paying bill. Went back to my room at Graves 601-- unsatisfied!! When i reconcilled my bill begiinning of July I was double-charged for my meal during Pride. Took two days to get owner (Joe?) to take back charge-- enjoyed the clucking of his tongue-- very professional!! He advised he'd call me back in a few days, never returned call. Many restaurants I can go to, give my money, and they would show appreciation for my business. I will never go back to Joe's Garage-- huge letdown for my first and last visit-- dont care how popular it is among gay clientele-- I prefer common courtesy and appreciation
Great place for outdoor dining.
Summers are wonderful at Joe's. The food is generally good, but not great, but the atmosphere is wonderful during warm weather with rooftop dining.
