Quinn, is a well known hispanic transgender woman activist and voice in the Twin Cities. She co-host's FRESH FRUIT on KFAI Radio, was chosen as one of five most Influential women in the Twin Cities and was featured in a City Pages article during International Women's Day in 2015.
MAJOR! a new documentary: explores the life of Miss Major Griffin-Gracy, a formerly incarcerated Black transgender elder and activist who has been fighting for the rights of trans women of color and trans people for over 40 years.
The Encounter: This short film explores the lives of trans woman Diana (Columbia) and Gabrielle (Eduador) as they confront social prejudice, gender violence and their own fears.
Our Fire Blooms: In a little-known Mexican festival men transform into women and queer dancers prepare for a big night despite facing violent resistence (Trailer).
