TU Dance at The Cowles Center

Vibrating with beautiful intensity, TU Dance, led by Toni Pierce-Sands and Uri Sands, embodies a contemporary vision striving to reveal the connective power of dance. Join us, as TU Dance returns to the Cowles Center for its 2016 spring dance concert—an evening featuring world premiere work by choreographer and 2013 MacArthur Fellow Kyle Abraham, as well as new work by Uri Sands. The program also includes Sands' Veneers (2006), "a blend of intelligence and beauty, rigorous structure and inventive choreography, and integrity of performance so singularly wrought that the work rips your expectations from their moorings” (Camille LeFevre, StarTribune).
