As many of you know, Monday December 1st is World AIDS Day and The Firm is Proud to be celebrating the lives of friends we have lost, the LIFE that our HIV+ friends are living with, and the STRENGTH of the people fighting the war against HIV and AIDS.

Many of our staff and clients have participated in The Red Ribbon Ride in the past years, and are excited for next years ride. We will have representatives from The Red Ribbon Ride on hand to explain more about the ride, and hope some of you will join as a rider or crew member.
We would also like to invite fellow Red Ribbon Riders and their friends to join us for classes from 5:00pm-7:30pm. We offer a free week to people who have never been to The Firm before or simply make a donation to The Ride.
If you are a past RRR Rider please wear your jersey or one of the RRR Jersey's. We are proud to have you visit The Firm MPLS
Our bikes require SPD clips or cages. If you want to do CT or Yoga bring a mat or rent one from the desk. We have free parking and full showers and locker rooms.

7:30pm Yoga with Carrie Radde
