We'll be mixing dance moves with isometrics, isolations, and stretches to enhance endurance, strength, and flexibility...Aaaand we'll just happen to do it to music by Beyoncé and other great, shake-your-ass tracks.
This will be a class for all levels of fitness. Warmups and rests will be LINE DANCE learning time! There will be moves and modifications for all bodies... whether you pop with your hands in the air, on your knees, or on the floor. Bring your friend, your partner, sister, brother, mother... and let's t-WERK!
$5 Suggested donation minimum (though no one will be turned away for lack of ability to pay).
What to Bring: A towel and/or a yoga mat (for your knees), water bottle. A snack for replenishment and social time after class. Shoes are optional.
NOTE: Four Seasons Dance Studio is located in the cobblestone alley way of the Bar Lurcat/Joe's Garage block across from Loring Park.
